When you say 'best' are you referring to consistency or just overall strength? Because if we're talking about the overall net regression then Ruin is leaps and bounds ahead of pop, assuming it stays up for at least a little while that is.

I like it best because it's consistent. I haven't brought myself to trust hex perks just because of how quick they usually get cleaned up. Only one I'll bring is Haunted Ground and it gets cleaned every game I run it, even without running any other hex perks.

I think it's a fine perk. It sucks at actually slowing the game down since kicking generators is a huge hinder to the killer, but it's reliable and it let's you defend specific generators. Overall it's a balanced perk.

Nah it's pretty lackluster rn, could really use this buff. It rewards killers for getting hooks, so why not give it a secondary effect? Besides, killing the useless survivors of the game won't do much anyways.

I won't be satisfied until they buff it. I want it to the point where if you get four hooks and you kick a gen the whole map will just blow up
