Console Frame Rate Problems

Ever since the maps have been getting updated I’ve experienced ridiculously terrible frame rate issues. It doesn’t matter what console I’m on or how good or bad my WiFi is, no matter what there’s always terrible frame rate drops and it makes the game near impossible to play. I have a hard time believing that ps4 and Xbox one can’t handle the new graphics update so I’m thinking this is a problem the devs need to solve because it is incredibly frustrating to have frame rate choppiness all game long
