Wraith Cloak Bug

I had a match against a wraith and noticed that sometimes when he's cloaked, the shoulder flames are still visible. On some occasions he was cloaked completely but sometimes the flames were still showing.
I'm not seeing this costume in my shop for wraith, but I believe he had an axe, so it's likely the Phantom of Vangeance rift costume
