Is vigil worth running?

I really enjoy running it, but I'm wondering if it's just a wasted perk spot or if it's actually worth running over something else?

Only 8 seconds more fast, so i do not think so.

    No, it never has been.

It needs to work on broken and a couple of new statuses like oblivious and incapacitated. Then it could be okay

Does it stack with a perk like leader?

Could that possibly make it more effective?

I think it was kinda useful back when Exhaustion recovered while running, but it even then was situational.

Not really. Its not bad but there are other perks that are much better to bring.

I'll sometimes use it with sprint burst, iron will, and fixated for a stealth build that gets unsafe gens done

Solution for vigil problem? A good buff.

Example: add also the broken and oblivious effect and increase from 20% to 30%.

    :)

This is gonna sound kinda crappy, but a decent buff for it would be to allow you to recover from permanent effects. Let's use sloppy butcher for example, normally you can't until you heal. So, letting this perk allow you to recover from permanent conditions as well would be nice. EXCEPT exhaustion for obvious reasons. It would take awhile, but slightly faster than trying to endure through the healing with Selfcare if that makes sense. Now, this could seem to be very powerful, which is fair. I'm just spit balling here
