WGLF + Blood Debt Archive not working with PH Cages?

Point is in the title. Are they not meant to be effected? Thought they were meant to be virtually the same as normal hooks.

Perks that are affected by hooking/unhooking don't work with/against cages.

This is by design, nothing that works on hooks works on cages as they are designed to be different.

It doesnt count as an unhook same reason it doesnt proc deli or bt
