Mori:
He passes his sword through the survivor and yells at the survivor.

Strengh:
He can give all players a fright sound in the round. After he has done this, the survivors will not hear sound for 60 seconds anymore. This attack needs to be charged by simply waiting 100 seconds!

Perks:

1. Hex: The devil
   This is a totem perk. After you hate the survivor one after the other you get tokens that go to 4. Every time you get 1 token, you get a speed bost of 1.5 and you get better range for slam. This perk is active until the associated totem has been destroyed.

2. Distraction as a killer
   Every time the perk has charged you can throw a stone. Once you hate the stone, the survivors in range will get a 5 seconds terror radius. Once the 5 seconds have passed, ALL survivors will not receive a terror radius for 50 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

3. Ruin everything
   As soon as you hate a survivor hung up, the 1 survivor will be shown working on 1 generator. Once the survivor is hanged, you hate no terror radius for 30 seconds.

Perks:

1. Help is there
   Every time a survivor falls to the ground, you will still see the survivors. And once a survivor lies on the ground, you see the others in the whole map.

2. Survivors speak
   You can write a message to the other 3 survivors that you can read. This perk has a cooldown of 120 seconds.

3. What should I do?
   You will be shown messages what to do in your place in this moment. For example: The round starts. The text says: Repair a generator.
   This perk is recommended for beginners in this game.

Map:
A map in a house where Christmas is celebrated.

Events:
The winter event. As for example last year the hook, generator, lobby, etc. will be different.

I feel like something is lost in translation here. What do you mean by "hate the survivor"? Or better "range for slam"? None of the perks describe what different tiers do.
