A simple and justified pgtw buff
Pop was wrongfully nerfed a while back, a simple buff or qol improvement should be when you’re in the middle of kicking a gen and pop’s timer runs out, you should still get the effect. I can’t count how many times when this happened and it’s really annoying.

But why though?
It's still used atm so why would they do anything to it. I get what your complaining about but that's your fault for doing other stuff for that full 45 seconds.

Personally I feel like PGTW needs a nerf to 20% and every time you kick a generator it regresses by 5% default.
(let me clarify pgtw would add 20%)

If the timer runs out on you, that's most likely a mistake in your gameplay choices, not the perk being "bad" or overly nerfed.
The perk is far too good, it doesn't need a buff.

I think it was nerfed to make repressed alliance actually worth using. And to be fair, you can still cross any map and kick a gen in 45 seconds. They didn't want killers commiting to a chase, getting a hit and then still having time to kick one.

I mean I'd say the most consistent gen defense perk but if you think PGTW is better then a ruin that stayed up even half the match then you're insane. Don't get me wrong I prefer PGTW over ruin but ruin is objectively stronger.

Ruin is way stronger but is dependant on a more mobile killer. I prefer PGTW as it at least feels like I'm in control of my perk.
But Ruin is WAY stronger, especially if the survivors gen rush and ignore the totem until late game.

You can use both, to have pop when ruin gets cleansed.

I tried that for a bit but I usually just prefer to have 3 non gen defense perks and just run pop

Agree, that would be a good buff to make this process less annoying. The need to take into account time of the kicking animation seems counterintuitive. If Killer manages to get to the gen in 45s., then it will be fair to gain the perk effect.

I really don't think that PGTW needs a buff, it's nerf didn't really do all that much, just changed the perk into a "take it or leave it" sort of thing. It's previous duration of 1 minute did allow some killers to snowball pretty hard, downing another survivor, using the perk, and the having it again.
