Dead hard
Sloppy Butcher hits
getting Bloodlust
ADS with deaths slinger
Charge with Demogorgon
Hooking a survivor ( really bad for other survivors on gens)
Anything doctor does
Gens popping? (I think when all 5 are finished it freezes some times but not sure)

Myers getting tier 3 freezes the game on both roles.
Survivor doing 360 freezes the game when playing killer, add aim dressing and the bloodlust frame drop to that. Playing killer on console is so enjoyable, especially all the "master racers" pooptalking.
Plague's corrupt purge sometimes causes frame drops.
Edit: Also Franklin's demise.

-Lithe and Balanced Landing sometimes too
-Survivors getting hooked/unhooked
-Perk icons popping up on your screen (e.g Leader,Prove Thyself,Dying Light etc.)
-Getting hit by a Freddy when you're awake
-Getting the Exposed Status effect (e.g Devour Hope,Noed etc.)

Not on PS4, but to my knowledge it's no better (and might be worse) on Xbox One so...
-Literally existing as Freddy, Blight, or Clown
-Uncloaking as Wraith
-Readying a hatchet as Huntress (sometimes happens right when throwing it too)
-Tiering up Evil Within as Myers
-Lunging while in Frenzy as Legion
-Activating Night Shroud or Marking a survivor as Ghost Face
-Getting a skillcheck (get some Huntress Lullaby stacks and you can make skillchecks virtually impossible for console survivors)

Starting feral frenzy
Sometimes if you're really unlucky even just swinging

-Starting a Lethal Rush.
-Status effect notifiers for survivor - mangled, exposed, etc.
-Existing on Lery's.
-Deathslinger ADS.
-Clicking on any tab or icon in the lobby.
-Last gen being repaired, although the freeze isn't very long.

- Anytime you become exposed as survivor - NOED, Starstruck, Myers Tier 3, Marked by Ghostface, etc.
- Anytime someone is hit by Sloppy - not only the person getting hit but can be a survivor across the map getting hit and you'll have a freeze.
- When a survivor cleanses a nearby totem even if it's dull.
- When a survivor searches a chest on Cronus Prenn
- Anytime a notification bubbles pop up - hook, finished gen, noise, someone screaming from tier 3 madness or being shocked with blast, etc.
- If someone sets off a nearby Hag trap
- Not only when you enter Freddy's Dreamworld will your game freeze but if Freddy hits someone nearby into the Dreamworld you'll get a freeze.
- When Doctor uses his power, especially the blast.
- When Blight uses his power nearby
- As killer your own power can cause freezes - Myers tiering up, Ghostface activating shroud, Deathslinger aiming, Demo starting shred, Hag if too many traps are set off at once, Spirit entering/exiting phase, etc.
- Indoor maps
- Increased fog
- Perk icons popping up on your screen - Leader, Prove Thyself, Thana, Dying Light, etc.
- Oppression you get a freeze on top of the difficult skill check popping up, freeze is wicked bad if you're on a gen with someone.
- Certain cosmetics like Blighted or Nurse Lantern Head
- Bloodlust activating
- A survivor using an exhaustion perk

These closed old posts have lots of triggers listed for fps drops that haven't been addressed, majority I'm sure will be repeated here since they still exist.
