Cross-progression
Am I currently able to switch my progress from Xbox to pc, as I’d rather play with the pc FPS but all my dlc’s and p3’s are on Xbox

Cross-progression hasn't been implemented yet. That said, I would love to see this in the future.
I have a 1000 hours on Xbox, and I would love to have that progress transferred over to my PC account.

It works on steam, windows, and stadia, and switch is coming. They would like to do the real consoles also, but Microsoft and Sony won't play ball.

This is essentially the correct situation here. The devs know it is a wanted option, and I honestly believe they have been faithfully working towards it happening. But as stated Sony/Microsoft have to agree to it as well.

Sony won't do it because they expect to lose money and allegedly fine the developers what they estimate they will lose when the player leaves or purchases on another platform.

They could agree to cross saves, everything carried over, with the exception of dlcs as I think this is whats holding them back. All unowned dlcs on a platform will be greyed out but still retain the items, levels etc of the other platform until bought.

Sony and Microsoft know that they will lose way more players to steam then they would ever gain. So every time one of those lost players buys cells, that's money they lost.

I have all the current DLC, and most characters at level 50 (a few P3's) and event rewards etc. I play on PS4 but want to change to PC, the issue is, I do not want to start all that work again + there is are rewards I cannot get again.
Cross progression would be fantastic. I'd happily buy the base game on steam if my content and DLC came to

Now you know why it will never happen. Sony/microsoft have you trapped as a permanent customer. $$$$$$$

What I hope for is that one day you'll be able to link all of your paid and Rift-earned content/cosmetics to a Behaviour account and then transfer things over that way. I'd honestly sacrifice all of my Survivor progress to move to my PC - I just want to keep my DLC and my cosmetics. I've spent so much money on cosmetics. 😐️
