Penultimate dc should delay hatch

As killer I've been running into an interesting issue that should be classed as an exploit. When the game is reduced to two people who are obviously playing in a swf, and I down one on their death hook, they'll dc and the hatch will immediately open, giving the other person an instant escape with no counterplay. If they are hooked, I'll have bbq to see where the last person is, and the entire death hook animation to catch them before they can escape.

When the penultimate player in a match disconnects instead of being killed, the hatch shouldn't open for 15 seconds, or however long the death animation is plus the wiggle timer.
