The twins bugging out while using ability

I've been playing The Twins recently quiet a bit and I've encountered this glitch like 5 time now. If you switch from Victor and Charlotte to Victor really quick your character will freeze and you wont be able to do anything. Sometimes whenever the game start I drop victor right away and the character freezes. Like I can see the game moving around and the camera shaking like I'm in victors head but I cant do anything. Is this a known bug? I'm tired for getting penalized for this, please do something about it.
