Ormond resort stoneridge glitch/bug

Played killer(Wraith). 2 SWFs went up on the stoneridge as soon as they got hurt then healed up there. The stoneridge is inaccessible to killer and you can't hit survivors that glitches/abuse bug to get there, it's an obvious map bug.
The survivors ran up some rocks in the middle of the stoneridge, om the side closest to the main building.
First game this happens, the survivors did it multiple times as soon as they got injured, so they knew they used a bug/glitch even took the time to T-bag after healing. Edit: Both survivors where on console that did it, don't know if it's helpful to you to know that, just something I remembered.
