Getting Perks I Don't Own

DESCRIPTION

I Often get perks that I don't own in the bloodweb, like Decisive Strike ,even though I don't own Laurie Strode, and for characters I do own too but aren't high enough level to own on anyone else, such as left behind from William "Bill" Overbeck

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Character: Steve Harrington and Claudette Morel

Frequency of the issue: 2 Survivors so far
