DESCRIPTION
I Often get perks that I don't own in the bloodweb, like Decisive Strike ,even though I don't own Laurie Strode, and for characters I do own too but aren't high enough level to own on anyone else, such as left behind from William "Bill" Overbeck
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I know for a fact I haven't seeing as I've gotten left behind in the blood web(which was in the shrine) and it says It won't give extra blood points meaning it's not unlocked
