What does chain saw window mean?

I don't understand what does "Chainsaw Window" mean...

Is there someone who can tell me detail?

    Specifically, the window is right after you sweep your chainsaw four times, if you hit the power button again it will give you another 4 sweeps, and so on, until you hit something or run out of tokens.

    As far as I understand, additional chainsaw window is the time gap during which you can use your next saw tokken to continue dashing.
