Huntress hatchets are bugged

So I play on the Xbox One, and lately every so often my hatchets hit the survivor with the blood splatter and sound effect. But it doesn't injure them at all.
This has been very annoying, as in the survivors effected with this bug do not have Deadhard.
This bug really affects how quickly I can down and injure the survivor, instead having to hit them more than two hatchets is really tedious.
