Movement speed glitch

I'm unsure as to how this happened. The real was coldwind, torment creek. I was playing The Doctor and I found myself chasing a Meg who appeared to cause frame issues whenever I encountered her earlier in the match. In this particular chase, I appear to get stuck beside a barrel. After performing a lunge to free myself, I find that my movement speed has been drastically increased while my killer would also jitter in place at random times. This was completely out of my control.
