PS4 - Prompt to enter hatch bugged when downed

PS4, crossplay off. Was on Ormond, killer was giving me the hatch. I wiggled thanks and then couldn't get prompt to stick to enter hatch. It showed up couple times too quick for me to accept, instead it was sticking on recover. I tried changing positions, hitting the button that would let me enter hatch hoping to get that one of the times it quickly popped up during my movements but instead the prompt for recover was only thing I was getting. Killer ended up closing hatch and I popped up from adrenaline so not sure if I would have been able to hop through injured since I was also running self care on.

Steps to recreate

1. PS4, crossplay off. Play public match as survivor on Ormond.

2. As remaining survivor have killer down you and bring you to the hatch. Spawn was in jungle gym near an exit.

3. Wiggle thanks on top of hatch. After the prompt for entering hatch will only flash, instead will have recover prompt stick anytime you press the button that happens to be the same for both hatch and recover preventing you from entering hatch.
