Stuck while changing to Victor (The Twins).

Description: I downed a survivor with Charlotte and wanted to change to Victor to down another survivor, while changing i got stuck in the animation of Victor looking around.
Also the red stain was transfered to Victor, I was trying to switch back to Charlotte but it didn't work.
I was just stuck and had to wait until the survivors finished the gens and escaped the trail.
How often: This was the first time.
Edit: It happend again on another map.
