What are the strongest survivor teams?
Based on the teachable perks of each member. Something I've been curious about since I began playing survivor consistently. What 4 survivors have the most synergy based on perks?

What would you say Meg and Jeff bring to that team?

Meg can loop the killer well and her perks are just great in general
Jeff because he’s my favourite and I couldn’t think of any other survivors with more than 1 good teachable

Meg, Bill, Laurie and Dwight.
Meg has the best selection of perks in the game, Laurie has OoO and DS, Bill has Unbreakable and BT, and Dwight has perks that benefit teamwork which I assume there would be a lot of. Basically, Meg, Bill and Laurie can take turns keeping the killer busy and spend their downtime slamming gens with Dwight.

The real answer is Yun-Jin, Dwight, Nancy and Leon. For a generator optimization build.
Yun-Jin and Dwight have the best gen speed perks in the game. (Fast Track + Prove Thyself)
Leon and Nancy have awesome perks for finding gens/making sure they get done (Better Together + Rookie Spirit)
Every other teachable is for helping with healing, stealth or staying alive longer in chase. It's a pretty cracked team honestly.
