DCs are never justified. It's just a person rage quitting.

I had a killer DC yesterday, because I got a breakout save.

The last time I saw a killer DC was when I looped a Huntress until she was out of hatchets, then proceeded to stun her with a pallet:

DCs are never justified if they’re from rage.

Killer need a surrender option just like survivor when they kill themself on first hook

I have never purposefully DC'd. I have no respect for people who DC on purpose.

I wish there was a system where people who get up to a certain time of bans - like 6 hours - would only be allowed to enter matches with other repeat DC offenders - and if they are in a SWF - they would still go to the "Offender" matches. If they don't purposefully DC for like 10 matches then they can re-enter normal matches. Go ruin other rage-quitters matches and let people who actually want to play the game - play without selfish players ruining a match.

How many gens got done in that first chase?

The reason that first chase is so frustrating, is because if it doesn't end in 30 seconds or less with a hook, then you probably are losing 3 gens. Between gen speeds, SWF having 18 perks thanks to discord, spawns being so #########, and matchmaking. It is extremely frustrating sometimes.

One game as killer I got flashlight saved against. Guy that got saved went down again 5 seconds later and person trying to save died to Starstruck while trying to get a second save

Unfortunately they barely got any gens done because the flashlight saver was following me around like a lost puppy desperately trying to get my attention the entire game while I chased other survivors

Moral of the story: they're annoying but they're usually not very smart. If I had DC'd I would have missed the part where the guy basically sandbagged his whole team by never doing anything useful

The only justifiable dc is when it was completely outside of your control, but you wouldn't know that if you weren't the one who dc'd. It's just easier to assume it wasn't a justifiable dc.

Not always. I had to DC once because the game started, but I wasn't able to move. I still had the name of the map on the bottom of the screen. Ace, who spawn on my side, DC after 30 seconds. I waited to have crows before I did.

I tried to move, to crouch, etc., but I was stuck.

I think I had a justification there, and it was not RQ.

But I can't deny that most of the time people DC because they're upset or want to give hatch to a friend.

No it's not justifiable to dc for something that you can counter very easily.

Its more funny than justified, you outplayed them to the point of disconnecting. The real question is if survivors should be held accountable for making a killer DC, be it through normal play or intentional abuse.

The only situations I'd call being forced to DC already involve other rules being broken. Like taking the game hostage or exploit abuse. If someone sees the killer stuck in a pallet and just dance around him for hours or a killer blocks the last survivor in a corner and goes to sleep, of course they should be held accountable for it as they're breaking the rules.

But no one is ever "forced" to DC from normal gameplay.
