Solo Queue Buff
Add voice lines, Like you can say: "Generator Over Here" Or "Heal Me" And it has a cooldown of 10 secs So no spamming :D, It's not a chat system tho
You can only say:
Generator Over Here/There
Come On
Go Over There
Save (Insert survivor name)
Totem Over Here/There
Chest Over Here/There
Heal Me
Yes
No
The Beast Is Coming
Hide!
(Btw all survivors have different voice actors obviously And the survivors always whisper, The killer can still hear them if they have ears lol)

As for solo queue I already learned to put my expectations very low because we won't ever get any change we will be stuck playing uncoordinated and brainless because survivor is totally playable without this (sarcasm) survivor whole point is to work in team and let's be real this doesn't happen in solo 90% of time it's each person for themselves I've been playing a lot of solo lately and frustration can't be expressed with words I'll just say I wish we could have choose bots over those teammates at least they wouldn't have gen allergy

Did you read the full post? You can only tell your teammates that something is there or alert them, Plus they would only hear you if they're near you Just like IRL, and you can't say who the killer is or what your perks are..

I want a battlefield type of chat. Like a bubble popping up with certain commands. But won't happen since some people will complain about it.

I think we should wait for the feedback on the new tutorial (which was in the ptb) It goes over the fundamentals much better and I actually have faith in it. In terms of all this buff and nerf stuff I've seen all week (and the drama it causes for no reason.) for survivor playing solo? Bring empathy, keep your teammates accounted for and ALWAYS do separate gens. Also KINDRED is amazing, it helps them understand what's happening. I know its tough but you can't expect a buff to make it immediately better. There's new players coming in and are learning as we did.

It's exactly what we need, really creative idea with the voice acting part! Although I think it should appear to all survivors on the HUD (come on BHVR, you guys added a new UI, what's stopping you?) as a subtitle, and I feel like it shouldn't be proxy-based since that isn't how SWF works. Still tho, I love this idea.

Sorry I don't mean to come off as naive but what problem would in game coms create?
I know not everyone likes chatting but if they were added people should be able to toggle them on ot off (like in overwatch).

I guess having more gestures or pre-set chat bubbles would help more with communication but at the end of the day just being able to talk with your party would be the only buff solos really need.
I haven't played battlefield but on Overwatch I always have my party chat open. I rarely talk but I can hear what my team needs or wants from me and that is enough to have enjoyable matches ^^ As a solo survivor that is what I would like to see in dbd over what op suggested. It would also take a lot more work on the developer side to have each survivor have voice lines.

Your suggestion to buff solo queue is not a bad idea, but its a complicated one. That is why I suggested coms. The simplist way to buff solo queue to swf level is to just add in games coms (not proxy chat, tho I would die of happiness if the devs did that ^^). Another buff that would help is seeing our teammate loadouts before the trial. That way solos can synergies with their team better.

hardcore sweats becoming much much more common. survivors should have some form of communication though much agreed pinging or something maybe proxy voice.

Tbh I think it would take time because of voice acting, And there is another problem, Licensed characters...Would you think they'll bring in the same actors & voice actors? And bill's VA is dead so...

no I actually don't think a ping or voice will be good at all, not only would it be annoying, it could be used to sandbag like. and also how do the survivor say this, many of them probs dont even speak another language then there own

Solo Queue needs competent players so I doubt comms will suddenly make them better at looping or going for saves when they are too scared at the sound of a heartbeat.

Sandbagging won't be a problem, Spamming voice lines won't work, And for the language stuff I thought it could be similar to overwatch
The characters sometimes talk in their own language and on the left a chat system is there and it translates what the characters says
