Can someone tell me why word insta is censored??? I mean it looks like i swearing a lot in chat when trying to use that word....

Probably due to instagram, most socials are blocked in the censorship, that includes shortened versions like insta and fb. Their censorship rules is also multilinguistic. So even though some words are not insults in english, they could still be censored due to them being insults in german, polish or french, for example.
