Jeff Johanson's Perk Set

In Jeff's Perk kit, I have only seen a handful of people ever use them. Distortion is outdated and it should be awarded tokens for by unhooking. This would blend Jeff's abilities and make them more symbiotic.

I truly see no issue with Aftercare, it, in my opinion, is a great surveillance perk that awards cooperative team plays.

Breakdown: Sucks. Reason being it is outdated and lacks any kind of of symbiosis with other perks. It should allow you to be able to breakdown your allies when you unhook them as well as yourself. However, if they fix it it to activate after cleansing a totem, it will be able to be better used and played.

Other, while I think they both need reworks, buffs, or changes I don't agree with all or some parts of the proposed reworks

    Yes! Both 1 and 2!

Calling them outdated implies they were ever good. They weren't. I don't event think aftercare is worth running because the affect is lost on hook. You'd be better with bond empathy or kindred and even among those I think kindred is the only good one.

    They are all Fine.

Distortion has a very strong, niche effect, as does Breakdown. I would prefer for them to be reworked to be less niche and less swf-reliant, but a straight buff isn't a good idea because they are by no means weak when a SWF plays into them.
