Dead Hard and killer side
The problem with this perk just shows how killer sided the game is!!
Since how long has this exhaustion perk been not working? You get on the ground and let a killer get a free hit despite using the perk correctly. The perk is easily countered and yet it's even weaker because killer mains would complain about DH after failing to bait it or play around it
The perk either needs buff or an immediate fix but the developers are too afraid to give survivors something better

Dead hard is ass because it either makes me miss a extra few seconds or way more time because they were able to lose but still get to another structure.

Weak bait.

Is this terrible bait or someone that's just gotten exhausted in the ground because they misused their second chance?
7 -
No, I'm serious, why wasn't the perk changed or fixed by that time? It's been too long!

probably the second. However they may be a sluzzy 2.0 looking at what they've posted and their profile picture.
2 -
It happens too often, and it's definitely not a second chance, otherwise killer one-shot perks and powers can be called the same. They aren't literally second chance but they take any ability for fun gameplay by taking away survivors ability to do anything

It is recoded already, if you still get exhausted on the ground that means your internet connection sucks.

It's the weird spot for DH because people who are using it wrong (using to to dodge a single hit) get mad about how weak it is but survivors who use it right (to get to a window or pallet they wouldn't have otherwise) makes it an almost Game breaking good perk for survivors.
You're using it to try to dodge a single swing, which is a bad use of the perk in the best of times and an even worse use now with how janky the servers are. So of course you think it's a bad perk that needs a boost.

Ah yes, let's buff one of the best survivor perks in the game.
Please, tell me how to "bait out" a Dead Hard for distance?
3 -
Yeah, you need more experience with the game. Exposing survivors still requires the killer to catch them within the time limit, almost always as a basic m1 killer. It isn't really comparable to second chance perks, let alone the perk that exists purely to rectify mistakes with no actual counterplay that some people don't understand how to use and instead try to use it to dodge hits.

Come closer or move around the object of they make it to the window. I'm pretty sure if they ran in a straight line towards it, they'd still make it, Dead Hard just help a bit since many players move too left and too right as a mistake.

Well then if you’re serious, allow me to award you 3 Sluzzy points, congrats!

It's like you looked at the "generic survivor-main" dictionary and decided to make that your whole personality.
3 -
Sure it can be cleaned up.

What?
Are you trying to say the counter to Dead Hard is to walk around the pallet/window they're guarantied to make? Because if so, how is that in anyway, shape, or form a counter?
0 -
not good bait way too weak
1 -
Mindgame as well, many loops and pallets are unsafe once survivors make wrong move of going backwards. Learn to bait actions like that and maybe Dead Hard wouldn't be such a problem to you.
Even if the a window or a pallet are safer than usual, you'd still need to break or vault it at some point, you just want to avoid something that you can't by design. Learn to adapt!

Of course it's a killer main who says that, I can see that after looking at the comments you leave.

I'm sorry, but what is this argument?
You can't mindgame Dead Hard at all. That's why people hate it. Pull a moonwalk and catch the survivor out? Nope, they Dead Hard to the pallet/vault anyway.
"You still have to break or vault at some point", again, what is this argument? This doesn't counter Dead Hard at all.
Now, I don't think Dead Hard should be nerfed, as I personally believe that just because something is unfun for one side, that doesn't mean it should be nerfed.
However, now matter how you twist or bend it, Dead Harding for distance has no counterplay.

You will never be Sluzzy.

Just read his other threads. It's obviously a new account that sluzzy made.

We don't know that

LOL there are a minority that tie everything to someones internet. When in reality is the servers, poor optimization, late usage of the perk, other reasons I can't think of.
