Latino survivor concept with perks.
So after making a post saying I want a Latino survivor and I have thought up a small bio with perks
New Survivor: Alejandro Reyes
Alejandro Reyes is a loyal and well recognized gang member of a prominent gang that put family and friends above all.
His personal perks, Retaliation, Mob Mentality, and A Gangsters Legend, help him to strike back at the killer, sabotaged the killers efforst and help out his team even after he has been taken out of the trial.
Difficulty: Medium

Retaliation
You take revenge to those who harm your family in any way.
When you perform a safe unhook you gain a token up to a maximum of 1/2/3 tokens
Once you have a token the next time you stun the killer with a pallet, the killer is stunned for 1 second longer for each token you have.
All tokens is used once you stun the killer. Does not activate on pallet saves.
Mob Mentality
You know how to strike your rival gang members hard when the time come
When you successfully sabotaged a hook the the 2 nearest hooks by you are also sabotaged
Mob Mentality has a cooldown of 80/70/60 seconds.
A Gangsters Legend
You know that even after death legends live on in others and inspire them, and you will inspire them.
When you are sacrificed or killed the other survivors that are still in the trial gets a 35% boost to repairing, healing, cleansing, Chest opening speeds for 15/20/25 seconds.
A Gangsters Legend does not activate again after it has been in effect.

I love the concept, the perks could use tweaking but I think generally the concept is good, that I thought Jane was Latino? Mabye not, I don't know the specifics!

I'm pretty sure she is the only Latino survivor in the game at the moment. I would like a male Latino survivor.

Yes I agree, tho it an unpopular opinion, I think they NEED like Need need to add more MALES of color, last lad we got was Adam, tho I love Elodie , Narnia, Yui ect I still don't think we have enough men... Tho Yui I actually enjoy as a character I hope they make the guys lore up to par

Latino is a ethnicity not a culture.
After doing more research you are technically right since to be Latin you have to have family in Latin America which does include Argentina.
But what's one more Latin person?

Uh, maybe further down the line when there's more representation and stereotypes aren't such a big deal and also the survivors are even more diluted so I don't have to see a glorified gangster nearly as often.

The perks are all meh
for one perk slot and being the dedicated altruistic survivor you can stun the killer for a grand total of 6 more seconds throughout the trial, maybe just make more than one action generate tokens something like this
Retaliation
Your willingness to protect others grows as you watch over them and makes you want to fight back when they try to take you away from them
whenever you safe unhook, heal the equivalent of one health state, or take a protection hit, or get hooked, Retaliation gains a stack, up to 1/2/3 stacks, whenever you stun the killer consume one stack and increase the stun duration by 1 second (now also counts head on, ds, and grasp escapes provided you preformed the actions)
sabotaging multiple hooks as a single action doesn't pair well with some maps inability to spawn hooks consistantly maps like pale rose, grim pantry, and the game have some of the most atrocious hook spawns, no single survivor should be able to guarantee sabotage all hook options due to rng so having a perk that randomly sabos extra hooks is a no go in terms of design space due to procedural generation, especially if the sabotage lasts half of the perks cooldown, since that makes 2 survivors able to keep an area between 3 hooks a dead zone with only half of their build dedicated to it
that said here is a different perk still around sabotaging but more misdirection sabotage
Juryrigged
You know how to leave things just right so the last person who uses them feels like they broke it
When you sabotage a hook it no longer breaks down instead the hook is rigged to break when the killer walks within 8 meters of the hook juryrigged can only effect one hook at a time, once used the hook stays ready to breakdown for 20/25/30 seconds, if you sabotage a hook while juryrigged is activated the hook is sabotaged normally
a perk that only works when you die isn't the best design for survivor as leaving your team in a 3v1 with the only boost is that for 25 seconds they have the productivity as if all 4 players are alive sounds good on paper, however due to the fact the killer will probably be chasing someone by the time you actually die according to the game so you basically when from a 4v1 to a 2.66v1 since the killer is already chasing one of the survivors meaning the actual effectiveness of the perk is low and not really the most effective boon to leave your team behind when you could have taken a perk for more survivability in the first place
so heres my take
Legend
The harder you get hit the stronger you come back
Every time you are hooked legend gains a stack
for each stack you have gain a 5% increase to vaulting speed, healing speed, cleansing speeds, unhooking speed, and exit gate opening speed, and a 2.5% increase to gen repair speeds

As a Latino myself, I agree with the commentary @MadLordJack and @Dabihwow added in here and I'd be against a concept like this being present on the game due to it. I know and understand you didn't intend any harm, but the glorification and presentation of Latino culture as gangsters or cartel members causes more harm than good.
Still I do share your view that the game could use more Latino characters or at least one more culturally appropriate. Jane and Ace are very Americanised in concept, but I welcome them as different and unique takes on their own -- especially Jane.
