A question about the character remodels

If every survivor is getting a fresh coat of paint, does that mean you're going to overhaul every single cosmetic piece?
Additionally, if you are going through with this, are you going to implement new animations or facial movements unique to each character to give them more personality?
Another small addition; if you're going to redo every old survivor, are you also going to change how they look outside of gameplay, such as the intro cutscene, archive and achievement icons, archive cutscenes, and in game status icons?
