Front End UI - Show Status Effects descriptions on Perks, Add-ons, Etc.

For new players especially, all of the status effects can be confusing and overwhelming. Having to look up a status effect in the help menu is inconvenient. The Perk/ability/add-on description should display the relevant status effects descriptions as well, similar to how card games do this like Hearthstone and MTG Arena. I probably have almost 100 hours and I'm still not sure what certain effects do.
