Red Glyph Triggers Disconnect

Hi,
I am unsure if I am the only person experiencing this, but I interacted with a Red Glyph as Killer and disconnected from DBD, triggering a match penalty and some depips.
I wanted to see if this is a known problem or may be a new issue related to Glyph interactions. I am on the Glyph Seeker challenge. 3/5 Done. Was playing Trapper at Auto Haven and interacted with the Red Glyph in the Killer Shack.
