Plague add-on stacking?

This happened on PC

I played plague and for some reason she was suddenly able to fully infect and injured a survivor with her default vile purge with just 1-2 seconds of hitting a survivor with the purge, this also seemed to apply when someone saved someone from a hook where the person saving went from fully healthy to fully infected (injured and broken) within seconds.

I also noticed that randomly during the match I got corrupted purge although I did not touch any fountain.

I belive somehow her add-on is stacking with addons I dont even have selected

I played 2 matched in a row and got the same thing happening both times

    effectivness addons are really powerful and can make infecting survivors much quicker(especially when the survivor is not trying to dodge the puke)

    getting corrupt purge randomly is caused by running out of clear fountains that are not corrupted, when clear fountains run out, they all get instantly cleansed and the plague is given corrupt purge
