I've noticed the match making lately is awful.. My group is all rank 14 & lower (aka 14-20)

& the past while we've been constantly getting red ranks. It's frustrating because we're all still learning how to learn essentially. Going against these red ranks is constantly sending our ranks lower and lower & yet we still are going against red ranks every single game. Is there anyway y'all can fix that match making system? Make it easier for people to actually learn how to play & rank themselves up... not just get slugged in the first 30 seconds & not even be able to play LOL.
