Can Victor get a Hunter category bloodpoint score?

Whenever I play Twins, I always end up starved of chase points if I play with Victor at all.
Can he get something for the Hunter category? Such as:
Victor Unbound: Grants 600 Hunter BP, given upon releasing Victor.
