Directx11 level 11.0 needs to be installed in order to play the game error after Windows' update

I was playing dbd last night, and I got tired and saw there was a Windows Update and let it update while I do something else. After the update, my Directx11 became Directx12 and I started getting the error. Can anybody help me please?
