Directx 11 level 11.0 is required to run the engine error after Windows' update

I was playing dbd last night, and I got tired and saw there was a Windows Update and let it update while I do something else. After the update, my Directx11 became Directx12 and I started getting the error. Can anybody help me please?
EDIT: Looks like the issue was caused by a missing file and it was caused by hand(I gave it to someone else because they needed a computer to do their job)
So everything is okay right now(and I edited it real late)
