Thrill of the Hunt did not notify totem was being cleansed.

What to do:
-Play game with Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
-Survivor begins cleansing Hex totem
-Receive no notification
Character Played: Hag
Perks: No one escapes Death, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, Hex: Devour Hope, Bitter Murmur
Frequency: Has happened a few times, in one day, but i don't know the sample size, i.e how many matches i played.
Map: Multiple Maps, including: Autohaven
Platform: PC

I'm aware, that is the issue, hex totem was being cleansed and i did not receive a notification. I've lost ruins and devour hopes to the bug
