Will you do something with billy?
He had one of the worst nerfs in dbd history while being the only fun killer to verse. All new killers have cheap mechanics that makes them absolutely horrible to vs. Also he's the only one that still gets debuffs for his speed addons: blight can use double speed with no debuffs, wraith can use double windstorm and have an insane lunge without a single debuff, oni, even spirit gets no debuffs at all.
I understand that bubba and billy have debuffs because they are instadown and especially bubba speed is something tricky but billy should at least have no debuffs on death engravings and either remove the horrible overheat mechanic or make lopro basekit.
Rant done, just love billy and sucks that noone cares about him anymore

They should do something, but you know they usually behave. Unless a verified Twitter account complains about Billy, I doubt they will do the right thing.

Nah i doubt it they'll continue to remain silent because they don't want to accept that they ruined a Killer. Hillbilly is the new Freddy shame man.

Cmon he’s not that bad yes Billy’s a shell of his former self but images playing as Billy and you couldn’t chainsaw anyone you would have to put people to sleep wait 7 seconds and then you could chainsaw them then he would be bad

Both killers had extremely different playstyles. Both were good killers.
Now we have one who got unnecessarily nerfed and the other who is stuck with a generic and unfun power.

In terms of playrate Hillbilly is the new Freddy actually oddly enough i saw more old Freddy's back then compared to Hillbilly's now it may actually be a record. Behavior found a way to ruin a Killer so bad that old Freddy had a better playrate. They out did themselves kinda crazy.
Also to top it off Behavior is acting the same way they did after they gutted Freddy back in the day silent just silent no matter how many times people point out how trash Billy is silent no comments they don't care and will continue to not care.

He needs 1. Patch 4.1.2 reverted (increasing base heat dissipation), and 2. an addon pass (more fun addons and fewer/no addons with penalties).

kind of not true cause there recent stats showed that Nurse Blight and Plague were the least played killers

Didn't the Dev's admit that those stats aren't accurate? and you shouldn't 100% trust them?
Also unless you took a break i see Plagues almost every other game so that stat is pretty wrong not gonna lie.

Eh it's possible but even then I see her more then a Billy in a month.

Yeah I guess so. I do see billy somewhat but it’s always the same 2 people playing him by the looks of it

Yeah the playerbase for him is only dedicated players and the one off rare new player.

I’ve always played Billy quite a bit and the nerf didn’t feel like much of a difference for me, so these comment confuse me. I still perform well

Yes they need to fix his animations and give him a second add-on pass.

I just wish few things:
OH mechanic removed or lopro basekit, if they're afraid of camping they can just make it like twins that the killer cannot use his power 16m within a hooked survivor, there easy camping fix for both bubba and billy.
Death engravings debuff removed or lower than doom engravings, doom engravings debuff is fine having both speed without penalty would be bad but at least doom doesnt need the debuff
The scream and the whole sprinting animation reverted, if they want to keep the scream just put it after he actually landed the hit

Honestly I think they should at the very least buff the time window- and maximum turn radius of his chainsaw-curving to allow skillful players to curve more consistently to make him more fun to play.
