Hillbilly glitch?

Billy's animations have been glitched for survivor POV, when i played survivor for the first time in a long time and i faced a hillbilly, when he was chainsawing he like jittered and it looks weird, he also walked with his chainsaw very weird and it looked like his feet dragged on the floor and he was floating, cant post clip of example because i cant find one.
