Using the perk deathbound has a chance to make survivor model stuck in healing animation

I don't think it matters what map or what killer you play, it only seems to happen when you run the perk deathbound and make a survivor scream.
by asking a few questions to the survivor the person stuck in the animation looks all fine but the rest of the players can see it
they also can do other actions normally, however you can see their hands sticking out when they go into a locker
to get out of this state they have to be hooked
This doesn't really happen every time, it only happens about 4/10 games played and only once.
