When can we have a Chinese forum

I know that is difficult to establish a Chinese forum and there has been a forum called Tieba run by Baidu though. I still wish to use an official Chinese forum. It will make us more eligible to give feedbacks or advises due to the large population of the players.
Even if the playstyle of Asia-Pacific is quite hardcore and competitive, I also think this can provide more unique insights into the diversified gameplay and game balance.
