PLEASE DO GENS
I play solo survivor at red ranks. Been doin it for a long time. Although its more frustrating than SWF, its a hell of a lot more challenging and satisfying when your team does come together for the win.
Well, that wasn't the past game I just had. Did all 5 gens myself. The only help I had was on the very first for about 35-40% if that. Guess what? 1 of my teammates died, they dropped key, the other remaining survivors found it, and when I was powering exit gates, they found hatch and escaped (with the only other survivor). Sure enough, I was found and killed.
I bring my team to a near victory by being a 'gen #########' as they say, and I get left in the dust by my 2 teammates who decide to take the easy way out via hatch instead of ensuring all our survivals.
PLEASE DO GENS. Why does 1 teammate have to do all 5?
I'm absolutely over it. I'll do 2 gens from now on and if I don't see a single gen pop, I'm going to chill and go do totems, go for saves, etc. Tired of doing the main objective and being spat on by survivors who don't give a crap.

I feel your pain. I did a couple of solo matches earlier. Both matches my team mates had a severe allergy to doing gens. I had to stop and switch to killer. A Dweet can only take so much.

Yea man. I decided to give it 1 more go. Hawkin's Laboratory. Trapper. Did 3 gens myself, 1 with 2 other survivors at the beginning. We all died again. Seriously, this is red ranks? These are red/purple rank teammates?
Well me being hopeful didn't change anything. I'm going to sit back and do minimal work and rely on 3 other teammates while I focus on running the killer, doing bones and saving mates.

At least red ranks messing with killer allowing you do gens. I stuck on low ranks currenlty because I took a long break from survivor side. This morons here just waiting in corners for everyone get killed. They absolutely missing the point how to win together.
I'm not good at looping but I can distract weak killer to get enough time for gens to my teammates. But it doesn't matter, because they just too scared to do something. I glad they treat dbd as horror game but it doesn't help them get better.

That is frustrating as well. I remember the low rank survivors. Thats a different issue though, as they'll learn as time goes by and get more confident in their playstyle.
But THIS is happening at red ranks where survivors have played a decent amount to get to and should know what to do, read situations quickly, etc. Its absolutely disheartening to know I have do 3-4 gens for a 4 person team when I'd rather be running the killer as well, but I'm more focused on getting my team out and being a productive teammate.
Really can't wait till the SBMM comes out officially.

While you're at it, could you also do totems? Cause survivors that don't touch gens, also are allergic to totems.
I remember a match where I did 2 gens and 5 hex totems alone (pre Undying nerf) while the teammates just hook bombed each other.
