What time do chapters drop, as in X:XX PM/AM

I'm really excited for the new chapter and wanted to know if theres a usual time that updates occur for dbd. I've seen conflicting answers so I wanted to ask here to see if theres one correct time or if its completely different for each update.

    For steam, it is usually 6 pm CEST (in 2 hrs 40 mins from now). Afaik, RE patch is set to release at that time, too.
