Stuck after unhook

Steam/PC.
Torment Creek.
Killer: Doctor
Survivor: Feng
Hook: Corner attached to outside of Killer Shack
Effect: After first unhook character got stuck in place under hook. Could rotate and "run" in place, drop items, etc. Other survivors could interact with survivor but not their items if the stuck survivor dropped item.
Fixed when: When survivor got redowned and hooked. After second unhook issue appeared resolved.
