Just ran lithe on a level 1 with Jill, the speed boost became permanent. Even waiting out the exhaustion didnt stop it. Getting accused of hacking now... FML

Happened to me too. I got hit by a tentacle from nemesis as I vaulted over a pallet and got knocked down. I was then hooked and the second I got unhooked the speed burst activated and it never went away.
