Lots of complaints on here on how ugly they were.

Is that opinion still popular?

I like the UNINJURED ones but the new injured running animations are garbage in my opinion

I never thought they were ugly, in fact I liked them at the start. I only disliked how clanky the movement was, but that's been fixed.

I guess all the people that complained left the game as they said they would?

i only said I find them too stiff but I actually don’t really notice anymore. But the idle position of the survivors is still unnatural and doesn’t look too good..

I like them. No one speaks about the new UI as well, while a lot of people hated it.

Tbh I’ve gotten used to them, I don’t really mind anymore.

The normal running animation looks fine, But the injured running animation looks kind of bad.

I was told "You don't like it because it's new, just give it time."

Still don't like the new animations, still don't like the new UI.

Yeah, they are still bad. Especially the idle animation and the injured Running Animation (even worse for male characters).

BUT: The Devs said in some Livestream that they are working on those. And even if not, I dont really have the mood to bring that topic up every week and I guess this is the case for most people who complained.

I also still think that the new UI is terrible. But again - it would not help to complain about this on a regular basis.

The idle animation looks like a tpose animation if the character wasn't in a t pose

When I watch my old DbD clips before this catastrophic update, I'm so sad... Looping was so smooth, it's something I can't explain, and currently can't find in the game right now. I still can't quite figure out why the devs made this change that nobody, I mean nobody asked for. Old animations were so much better in my opinion. Why absolutely change everything? A game must also keep its identity, its signature, its nostagia that we must find after so many years, and not a completely changed game that becomes unrecognizable. Devs have in my opinion very poor decision making, which has been proven several times in the past, with completely buggy updates. A lot of people were against these changes during the PTB, but the devs didn't listen. The walk, run, crouch and injured movements now look forced and unnatural. No Fluidity. We have forgotten that the survivor is being chased by a killer, and who must be tense, as was the case in the past.

I was someone who really didn't like the animation changes, mostly because I didn't think they needed changing. I didn't like how so many graphical things were changing. Graphically reworked maps, default killer and survivor skins and new animations that had been there since 2016.

But to be honest I really like the animations now. I got used to them quickly. Wouldn't want them reverted. Even the new UI has grown on me. But still don't like the BP placement at the top right.
