Having to constantly restart the game. Bad lag & lobby issues. Please fix devs.

I have noticed that today with the resident evil package being released in the update that after every single game that I played and I only was the game lagging severely but it would glitch when I got back into the same lobby and then I would have to restart the game I was playing with one of my friends and we had to restart the game he restarted it seven times I had to restart it six times and then we just shut it off after that. I know it’s a big update and there’s a lot of information with this new chapter but the lag and the lobby issues are making the game very unplayable. I couldn’t loop the killer I was running into the wall every time a GEN was finished or a killer had somebody down or somebody was hacked or even in between it was just lagging like crazy.
