All characters reverted to default cosmetics

• Description of the issue
After playing through the tutorials (not sure if that's the trigger, but that's when I noticed it, all characters were reverted to their default cosmetics and their charms were unequipped.

(Probably) play the tutorial.
• How often does this occur
Unsure.
