Bring back survivor head movements while running (and crouching)

I've noticed with all the new animations coming, we aren't able to do goofy things as survivor anymore, like running with your head up, and since the RE chapter update, nodding while crouching isn't a thing anymore.

I do think the new animations look good but I love goofing around as a survivor and I just feel these changes are limiting how responsive your character is to your inputs.

Please BHVR, bring these things back! :)
