Survivors stuck in hills. Again.

I was playing nemesis (on ps4) and downed a survivor on a hill. Afterwards i had dropped him to chase another survivor and when i came back i couldn't find him. Then the endgame timer went off and i found out he was stuck in the hill i dropped him on. Here's the clip. https://youtu.be/iIlNU9tAp9Y
