Pallets not going down, Hitboxes are ridiculous

I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this I know my friends and I have but we have often found that Pallets don't work. They either don't go down or they will go down but it will stun the survivor as well, and often times not stun the killer for that long.
Hitboxes are messsed up too. Huntress hatchets go through walls or hit when you are clearly around the corner and this happens with other killers as well like the knife guy the knives go through the wall.
