My son lost his Stranger Things chracters

We bought my son the stranger things bundle that came with Steve Nancy and the Demogorgon and all of a sudden the game crashed today because of the new release. Now its all missing. It says we bought it in shop but its coming up as locked. He tried deleting the cache and still nothing. He needs his DLC back. You can't expect people to pay for DLC and a game if you pull crap like this. Keep it up and you will kill your game.

    You might want to blur your sons name on the bottom otherwise strangers might start friend requesting him

    Makes you feel any better, after the update, a ton of people are getting ALL of the DLC's for free somehow due to a bug XD

    I remember having this issue when i bough Legion when it came out, but after a bit it got fixed on his own.


    Might be the same thing? regardless probably should open a ticket

    I had something similar but with entering cells from the game, for a strange reason my money did not enter the game and it stayed from the page I bought and it was not in my bank account through the app, I thought it was a scam but suddenly they contacted With me apologizing for a transaction error, if so, you should complain to look for the support on the platform where your child plays and send your complaint as I did in order to recover the lost money and then invest it safely.
