Let nemesis break pallet and hit survivor at the same time

Hear me out. At T3, nemesis should be able to break pallets and hit survivor or multiple survivors in one whip. But there can be some restrictions.

1. Breaking pallets while a survivor is dropping it should be possible close towards the end of the pallet dropping animation so the survivor doesn't waste as much sprint burst just stuck in the animation (or) immediately cancel the dropping animation for survivor and give the survivor sprint burst and pallet breaks along with it.

2. You might say it'll be annoying but think about it. What's the difference between this and getting hit with a whip with no pallet in between? You pretty much gain the same amount of distance. If anything, you lose distance trying to 360 in an open area and still get hit.

3. From the killer's perspective, he isn't hindered by the pallet anymore and so doesn't have to waste time breaking or going around it. It doesn't affect his counterplay and since it's only for his T3, you have to work to get it early game.

4. This will be a unique feature to nemesis and I don't think any other killer can break a pallet and hit survivor at the same time. It's also a good counter to god pallets. Also, cancelling animation to give sprint burst immediately goes for sliding pallets too and the pallet still breaks.
